Company FAQ

  1.  Do you sell to the general public?

No, we are not a retail store.  The prices listed on our website are wholesale prices, meaning that our customer base is comprised of other wholesalers and retailers.  We may, however, be able to suggest a store or internet retailer that carries our merchandise.

  2.  Do you require a minimum order?

Opening orders must be a minimum of $250.00 and reorders must be a minimum of $150.00.  Additionally, our add-a-link charms come pre-packaged in strips of ten and must be ordered in multiples of 10.  The only execptions to this are the letter charms, the bracelets, keychains and watches.

  3.  How do I place an order?

Feel free to use one of our easy order forms that are posted on our website.  Merely complete it and submit it by email, or print and fax it to us at 573-474-5967.  If you need help placing your order, email us or you can reach us toll-free at 1-800-777-1318 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday.

  4.  How soon will I receive my order?

Orders require a minimum processing time of 3-5 business days (this is not including shipping time).  Most shipping is done via UPS, and is sent out ground by default, unless specified.  Quicker options include 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.  Please let us know when placing your order if you have a shipping preference.  Shipping charges are calculated by taking into account the destination, weight of the package, and method options.  Also, if you are outside of the U.S., please feel free to ask us about alternative international shipping options.

  5.  What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.  C.O.D. is always an option;  however, on opening orders, only money orders and cashier's checks are accepted for COD's.  Company checks may be accepted after 30 days of regular orders in good standing.  Net terms are available after one year with credit references and approval.

  6.  What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we will be happy to take it back.  All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt.  When return merchandise is received, we will credit your account to apply toward your next order or do an even exchange.  However, we cannot do refunds.  We also ask that you please only enclose return merchandise and related materials in with return packages as they go directly to our shipping department.  Do not include payments or orders with them as they will be subject to delay in processing.
